I love climbing so much and have been doing so for as long as I can remember. I have been climbing since I was 4 years old, so nearly 11 years, because I guess my parents thought it was safer for me to be there than at the top of a doorframe or high enough up a tree that I would reach the wispy branches.

Melbourne has a great collection of boulder and lead gyms, I am never usually stationed at one but rather exploring the wide variety. While I prefer bouldering, I enjoy the challenge of lead as well.

I hope to gain as much experience as possible out of this year’s World Youth Championships and climb to the best of my ability, as it is an exciting event and my first ever-international competition.

I pretty much live in a zoo, we have dogs, a cat, fish and a bearded dragon. My favourite food is pork dumplings or fried rice and in my spare time I love to draw, listen to music and edit together videos.
